Get ready for a deliciously fun evening as we gather for an exclusive hors d’oeuvre cooking class with Moon Valley’s very own culinary favorite, Mara Carney!
Many of you already know Mara for the wonderful pre-cooked meals she prepares for our neighborhood several days each week. Now she’s opening her kitchen to us for a special live demonstration, where she’ll share some of her most loved go-to appetizers.
Throughout the evening, Mara will demonstrate techniques, shortcuts, sauce ideas, and entertaining basics—while chatting with us and answering questions along the way.
Enjoy wine pairings and the very hors d’oeuvres Mara will be demonstrating, as you watch, learn, and sample the flavors of the evening.
Cost: $65 per person (includes wine and 7 hors d’oeuvre tastings)
