Crispy Sweet Onion Block and Spinach Artichoke Queso Dip
Entree choices:
- Sliced Beef Brisket Sandwich: 18 hours smoked beef brisket on a potato bun served with our signature homemade BBQ sauce.
- Pulled Pork Sandwich: 16 hours smoked pulled pork over almond & mesquite wood served on a potato bun with BBQ sauce.
- Bob’s Salad: Rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, apples, celery, cranberries, and walnuts tossed with homemade Dijon vinaigrette dressing.
- Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich: Smoked BBQ chicken served on a potato bun with crispy onions and our homemade BBQ sauce.
Each entree includes the choice of one side: Mac & Cheese, Shoestring fries, Ranch Beans, Pecan Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Roasted Corn, Mashed Potatoes, or Vegetable of the day.

Our Speaker will be Councilwoman Debra Stark
Debra Stark represents District 3 on the Phoenix City Council. Stark was first appointed Councilmember in 2016 and elected by voters in 2017 and 2020. She secured her reelection in 2024. Stark has spent her entire career as a public servant in local government. She has worked for Maricopa County as the Planning Manager where she supervised the Planning Division worked for the City of Peoria, and the City of Phoenix as Planning and Development Director, as well as Maricopa County as the Planning and Development Director. Stark remains active in the planning industry and her community. She currently serves as the chair of the Transportation, Infrastructure and Planning Subcommittee and is a member of the Economic Development and Housing Subcommittee. She co-chairs the Fast Track Cities Ad Hoc Committee.
