The Moonlight Mixers are mixing things up in the best possible way with our first-ever Saturday morning event!
Stretch, nourish and hang out at a wellness experience that’s fun AND slows down aging – yes, the two CAN go together! It’s the perfect way to kickstart your weekend with good vibes and new connections.
What to Expect:
First we yin!
Begin with aromatherapy and yin yoga on the grass, where we’ll have plenty of shade to keep things cool and comfortable. The scent of essential oils immediately stimulates the brain’s emotional center, and 3 scent options will be available to ease us into gently stretching our connective tissues. This releases accumulated emotions and stimulates natural collagen production. No prior yoga experience required!
Our women-only class is designed for all levels, shapes, and ages by Melanie Diaz, an inspiring yoga teacher trained and certified by Bali’s renowned Yoga Barn.
Then, we hang!
Connect with neighbors and meet new friends over a light, nutrient-forward pick-me-up. Refresh with infused mineral water and herbal tea. Indulge in vibrant seasonal fruit salad and naturally gluten-free scones homemade by health-conscious and experienced chef Mara Carney, who brings color and flavor to every dish with only real, clean-eating ingredients.
Cost: $23 per person (of which $5 will go to our our service project)
