Moon Valley Women’s Club is a social and service club founded in 1970. Membership is open to women living within our boundaries, which are comprised of the following streets: North side of Thunderbird Road, West side of Seventh Street, Homes on Paradise Lane/LeMarche Avenues, East of and including Moon Mountain and Coral Gables Estates, and South of Greenway including Moonlight Cove, Tamarac and Las Meridas.
Annual membership dues are $20 to receive the monthly newsletter by email or $30 to receive newsletters in the US mail. The deadline for dues is September 6th.
Members, their guests and prospective members are invited to join us for the first Moon Valley Women’s Club luncheon of the coming season. Our 2018/2019 Board will welcome new and returning members along with guests. The luncheon will be held on Thursday, September 13th. Club. Our social begins the luncheon giving everyone an opportunity to welcome new and prospective members, ask questions, sign up for activity groups, have photos taken for our Membership Directory and catch up with friends you haven’t seen during the summer and meet new neighbors. Three entrees (including a vegetarian option) will be offered with beverage and dessert for $26. If you plan to attend, we will need your reservation payment and entrée choice by Thursday, September 6th.
Future luncheons are being planned at various venues along with interesting and entertaining programs. We hold our Annual Auction luncheon in February with all proceeds going to fund our Service Projects.
