Our annual plant exchange and last get-together was truly something special – so much warmth, sharing, and just a great vibe all around. It felt like the perfect celebration of our shared love for all things green!
A huge thank you goes out to Lora and her husband! Seriously, your hospitality was just off the charts. Lora, your place and that incredible garden of yours was the dreamiest spot for our gathering and that new pool area with the cool tiki hut added such a fun, relaxed feel to everything. Plus, a big shout-out to Lora’s husband for keeping the coffee flowing and making us all feel so welcome and right at home. You guys are the best hosts ever!
It’s amazing how much talent we have in our group! Not only are we all gardening superstars with incredible green thumbs, but wow, can we cook! The potluck brunch was an absolute feast! A massive thank you to everyone who brought something amazing to share – you made our tummies very happy! And of course, the plant exchange! There was such a cool variety of plants and gardening treasures, showing off everyone’s unique tastes and awesome generosity.
We had everything from spiky cacti and bright flower seeds to healthy bulbs, aromatic herbs, and even those super popular water stakes from Kathy! It’s always so much fun to swap plants, but more than that, it’s about sharing our tips, our excitement, and that special bond we all have over our green friends.
Last but not least, a huge shout-out to Jackie and Nancy! You two are truly the backbone of our group. All your hard work, brilliant planning, and consistent support throughout the year have made every single one of our events such a joy and a total success. We honestly couldn’t do it without you!
