Betsy I and Margy S hosted Classy Cook’s March luncheon. The theme was fusion cuisine. This requires bringing together ingredients from different cultures to make new dishes. For example, meatball manicotti with a chili con queso style sauce. The menu was the most innovative of the year with the ladies creating remarkable appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts.
