Our “Paris in Spring” luncheon, hosted by Audrey & Denise for the Ladies Who Do Lunch group, was a truly magnifique afternoon!
Set in Audrey’s home, filled with French music and a chic Parisian bistro ambiance, we began with appetizers of baked Brie and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, perfectly paired with Kir Royale.
The main course featured Coq au Vin, La Bella salad, and brioche rolls-each dish made from scratch and shared with care. Dessert was a stunning Gâteau Opéra, served with ice cream, bringing a sweet and elegant finish.
As always, the hosts selected the theme, sharing what they would prepare and inviting others to contribute where needed. Recipes were exchanged, skills were tested, and creativity flourished.
Each guest left with a thoughtful favor-bath bombs in personalized bags, tagged with “Relax and unwind…Parisian style”.
More than a luncheon, it was a warm creative gathering of women who are fast becoming dear friends.
