72 Moon Valley Women’s Club members joined us for our January Luncheon at Chompie’s. We had a delicious lunch followed by our amazing Guest Speakers – our very own Kristin Gilger, ASU Professor Emerita – Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and Lauren Gilger, host of “The Show” on NPR Phoenix Affiliate – KJZZ.
The dynamic mother – daughter duo keynoted on: Good Girls Revolt – The History of Women in Journalism. Our members enjoyed the informative program, as well as the great food and camaraderie!
