The MVWC Garden Group attended the Orchid Show and Plant Sale held at Berridge Nursery on March 23rd. This event was put on by the Desert Valley Orchid Society. It was a wonderful event and we all enjoyed it very much. This also gave us great ideas for future outings. Additionally, the Desert Valley Orchid Society meets most months on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 3541 N 56th Street, Room 12, Phoenix, AZ 85019, beginning at 6:00 pm, for those who wish to pursue further interest in growing and maintaining orchids.
