Fourteen families from Moon Mountain Elementary School received turkey gift cards for Thanksgiving, and an additional gift card to buy other groceries, paper goods, and toiletries.
Twenty families each from Sunnyslope K-8 School and Moon Mountain Elementary were part of the Holiday Adoption Project. Each child receives an outfit, shoes, socks, and underwear and a gift or toy, and the family receives a household gift.
Each of the adopted Holiday fami- lies also received a WinCo grocery gift card in amounts from $100 to $200 depending on the number of children in the family from 1 child to 6 children.
