The Service Project Board is proud to announce the recipients of our 2021 Large Grants. Thank you to all of the Moon Valley Women’s Club members who donate to make these grants possible.
Large Grants – October 2021
- The Joy Bus – $3,000 – Food delivery to home bound cancer patients
- Phoenix Day School for the Deaf – $1,700 – A bottle filling station for use by staff and students
- Moon Mountain Elementary Schools Adoption of 20 Families for holiday clothing and gifts – $3,350 (budgeted) Gift cards for thanksgiving groceries for 10 families – $1,000. Funding for a student recognition program – $600
- Sunnyslope Elementary SchoolAdoption of 20 families and purchase of holiday clothing and gifts – $3,350 (budgeted)
- Welcome to America Project – Funding to support mobile closets to visit and distribute clothing to new immigrants
