The painting group met in early December at the Desert Botanical Gardens. When we visited the Phoenix Desert Botanical Gardens they were all decorated for the holidays. The star of show (I really should say Christmas tree) was made out of succulents, very creative! Several painters made Christmas cards. We welcomed a new member Rhonda to our paint group, thanks for joining us. Next month the painting group will meet on the second Thursday, January 9 and visit the Sahuaro Farm to paint some peacocks.
