Thanks to the 52 members who joined in on the October luncheon fun. Last month’s luncheon took place at the Du Jour Restaurant in the Arizona Culinary Institute. Our host for the program was Chef Robert Wilson, President/Co-Founder of the Arizona Culinary Institute. He has over 30 years of experience as an award-winning chef and educator. Chef Wilson told us about the ACI which was established in 2001 and has won various awards over its many years and is nationally accredited and is considered one of the top 10 culinary schools in the U.S. ACI has graduated over 1800 students over the past 16 years with many of the local restaurants employing chefs who are graduates. We ate a delicious meal prepared by and served by culinary students. It was a fun and interesting luncheon. Thank you to the Luncheon Program Co-Chairs and the Luncheon Location Co-Chairs for this unique opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal.
