The Noble Grapes kicked off the Fall season with a Pinot Noir tasting…with a side of gin! We discovered that Pinot Gin cocktails are actually a “thing” and found the Pinot Noir Gin Gimlet to be quite tasty:1 1/2 oz Dry Gin 3/4 oz Pinot Noir 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup. Shake and strain into a coupe with a cherry garnish. Cheers!
