The Star Bakers branched out to cooking soup and bread to celebrate this month’s colder weather. We had Czechoslovakia cabbage soup, lentil soup, green chile chicken soup with Texas spicy cornbread and Vichyssoise. For dessert, we all enjoyed gooey chocolate date cake topped with walnuts and chocolate chips.
