The lady golfers hit the greens at Palo Verde Golf Course in February. This course was built around a historic farmhouse (silo still exists) with a pond by Chicago native Jim Jemsek. We took the braying of the neighborhood donkey as a lucky sign while we swung our clubs! Lunch at Little OHSO’s on Central topped off the fun.
