In February, the Museum & Special Events group visited the beautiful Museum of the West in Scottsdale to see the temporary exhibit of the Edward Curtis historic photographs. Curtis traveled through the west, Canada, & Alaska over a 30-year period taking photographs of Native Americans & Native Canadians. It was a great show enjoyed by all. After seeing more of the museum contents, we had a great lunch at Keegan’s.
In January, our group went to the Desert Botanical Gardens to view the stunning Dale Chihuly glass, Chihuly in the Desert, also on temporary exhibit. Everyone was really impressed with the beauty of these glass formations arranged throughout the gardens. Lunch followed at Keegan’s.
