The Ladies Who Do Lunch held their November luncheon at the home of Jackie G. Our menu was based on a Thanksgiving theme, which included the following:
Appetizers: Olive and cheese appetizer shaped into a wreath with vegetables and herbs picked from our very own MVWC Garden Plot, and pear and prosciutto bruschetta.
Entrée: Grilled Turkey
Sides: Sweet potato casserole, cranberry orange relish, Mexican green beans.
Dessert: Chocolate Fondue with cakes, cookies, candy, pretzels, crackers, marshmallows, pineapple, apples, and strawberries.
We had a scrumptious dinner, exchanged recipes< and had lots of conversation with good friends. This was a very fun event, and everyone had a great time!
