Entree choices:
Sliced Beef Brisket Sandwich: 18 hours smoked beef brisket on a potato bun served with our signature homemade BBQ sauce.
Pulled Pork Sandwich: 16 hours smoked pulled pork over almond & mesquite wood served on a potato bun with BBQ sauce.
Bob’s Salad: Rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, apples, celery, cranberries, and walnuts tossed with homemade Dijon vinaigrette dressing.
Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich: Smoked BBQ chicken served on a potato bun with crispy onions and our homemade BBQ sauce.
Each entree includes the choice of one side: Mac & Cheese, Shoestring fries, Ranch Beans, Pecan Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Roasted Corn, Mashed Potatoes, or Vegetable of the day.
