Classy Cooks’ December luncheon was “Christmas Down South” hosted by Fran S and Connie P .
The menu included: Marinated cheese stack, baked ham with apricot glaze, bacon shrimp and grits, asparagus with red potato hash, southern pea salad, bing cherry and cranberry salad, angel biscuits, chocolate bread pudding and pecan tassies.
We shared photos of Christmases long ago and laughed about the worst Christmas present we ever received.
It was a fun and festive celebration of the season.
