Classy Cooks were dreaming of a white Christmas December 1st. Lin F and Sylvia F hosted a luncheon featuring all white food. Ladies were greeted with a Coquito, a delicious milk based, rum cocktail (a most festive way to increase calcium in your diet). Appetizers included baked brie and artichoke parmesan crostini, followed by white bean chili, white corn bread, cauliflower casserole and macaroni with white cheese. Dessert included divinity candy and coconut cupcakes.
Ugly Christmas sweaters helped all get in the holiday spirit with Lin’s bulb flashing, pink flamingo pullover winning the vote for “the ugliest”.
