Classy Cooks had a delicious, colorful brunch on February 5, 2025 hosted by Betsy I and Margy S at Margie’s lovely home overlooking beautiful Moon Valley. It was a colorful brunch where good food met great cooking. Between sips of mimosas and bites of vibrant, eye-catching dishes that looked as good as they tasted with French toast casserole, egg dishes, muffins, and a fruit compote, to name a few.
Brunch is one of those magical moments where time seems to slow down…its not just about the food; it was definitely a celebration of creativity, friendship, conversations, laughter and the shared joy of creating something special together. The joy of cooking and sharing food is timeless—and, of course, a little bit of color never hurts!
