A Stroll Through Piedmont.
Thank you to Nancy and Mike for taking us for a stroll through Piedmont while tasting some delicious Italian wines along the way. Piedmont is cupped by the Alps to the North and the Apennines to the south. Morning fog and sunny afternoons make for great wines. Nebbiolo, Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto are some of the most common reds. Moscato Bianco, Cortese, and Arneis are some popular whites. What a great night with great friends! We had 4 top wines:
1. Mauro Sebaste Parigi
2. Langhe Nebbiolo
3. Lo Zoccolaio Barbera
4. Travaglini Gattinara
