DESCRIPTION:Our April 11th MVWC General Meeting Luncheon & Fundraiser will be at\nAunt Chilada’s on the Garden Patio\n7330 N Dreamy Draw Dr\, Phoenix\, AZ 85020\nat 11:30 am\nRSVP with your $30 payment by April 4th\n11:00 Social time/browse & bid on raffle/auction items\nWe will be auctioning off baked goods donated by the Classy Cooks and our MVWC Baking Group\, with all proceeds going to the Service Project. We will have lots of homemade sweet treats for you to bid on. We also welcome contributions of homemade baked items from members. If you are willing to bake an item\, please contact Kathy Anders at kathleenkanders@gmail.com so she can compile a master list of all our baked goods. \n12:00 Buffet lunch  *Special dietary requests can be accommodated. Send them to us at moonvalleywomensclub@gmail.com \nAssistant Chief Charmane Osborn has served with the Phoenix Police Department for 25 years in various capacities\, including Family Investigations\, Transit\, Professional Standards\, Central Booking\, and the City Manager’s Office as the Department’s Police Liaison to the City Council. She has worked patrol in the Maryvale and Central City Precincts and has served as Sergeant\, Lieutenant\, and Commander in the Desert Horizon Precinct. \nAssistant Chief Osborn is a legacy child for the Phoenix Police Department; her father was a motor officer killed in the line of duty in May of 1984 when she was in high school. Even with this tragedy\, she has dedicated herself to the community and volunteers with multiple organizations including: the Phoenix Police Museum\, the Phoenix Police Honor Guard\, she is the treasurer for the FBI National Academy Associates – Arizona Chapter\, and an adjunct member of the FBI National Academy Associates (National) Finance Board. She currently is the police department’s liaison for the Neighborhood Block Watch Oversight Committee. \nAssistant Chief Osborn graduated in March 2018 from the 271st session of the FBI National Academy. She has a Master of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University (2009)\, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Arizona State University (1999)
