DESCRIPTION:Please join us on April 14th \nfor our Luncheon and Annual Meeting \nat the Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) in north Scottsdale. \nWe are happy to announce that one of our favorite luncheon events is back at the Du Jour Restaurant at the Arizona Culinary Institute.\nWe will be dining in the student run du Jour restaurant which allows students to apply what they’ve learned to a professional working environment. du Jour is one part a fine dining restaurant and one part student laboratory.\nDu Jour is offering a 3 course meal which consists of Appetizers\, your choice of Beef\, Fish or Chicken Entree and Dessert.  It is Chef’s choice on how to present the entrees\, including their choice of sides.  For dessert we will have a demonstration of Bananas Foster and learn how this delicious dessert is made.
