SUMMARY:RSVP's Due for February Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:This month we will be eating family style with a beautiful platter of homemade German and Hungarian food. The platter will feature a variety of sausages including Hungarian sausage\, Bockwurst\, and Knackwurst\, a chicken and a pork schnitzel along with red cabbage\, German fried potatoes\, spaetzle\, and sauerkraut. All food is gluten free except the spaetzle. Dietary restrictions should be noted on your RSVP so they can be accommodated. They have an amazing selection of different beers which can be purchased individually. Dessert will be \nprovided by the MVWC.\nCost is $30 per person. RSVP via check or Zelle by Monday February 6th. \n\n\n\n\n  \nFebruary Luncheon Speaker \n\n\n  \n\n\nJoAnna Shipe of Where Hope Lives at the Phoenix Dream Center. \nJanuary is Human Trafficking Prevention month\, a hard subject to fathom but one we all need to learn about. Especially now since the highest time is around the Super Bowl.  JoAnna Shipe is passionate about the rescue\, restoration\, and complete recovery of victims of human trafficking. She started in 2016 as a volunteer at the Phoenix Dream Center and is now using her lifelong leadership skills to lead the Volunteer Force. \n\n\n\n\n\nShe will help us to learn the indicators of human trafficking and tell us inspiring stories of victims who have been rescued. JoAnna speaks with compassion and hope for the end of Human Trafficking.  This is one event you do not want to miss.
