Dear Members,
MVWC is asking for donations for our February 14, 2019 Annual Charity Auction held at the Moon Valley Country Club. All the money raised at this event funds charitable causes.
Now that the service arm of our Club (MVWC Service Project) has obtained a 501 (c) (3) non-profit designation, we are able to seek donations from larger entities that we could not approach in the past, and we need all of our members to help in reaching out to new potential donors.
To assist with marketing the club and the 2019 Auction, Cherie Malkoff has a supply of the new tri-fold brochures, vendor letters, and 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization information which you can give to potential donors.
Below is a list of organizations we would like to approach, in the hopes they will contribute to our Auction. Please review the organizations listed, and if you have a contact at any of them, or know of another organization that might donate, please reach out. Ask those organizations that you support to support us by donating to our Annual Charity Auction.
